Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough daily locomotive inspections
• Operate and maintain rails, switches, and couplings
• Support Cando's operational procedures on site
• Participate in safety briefings and training
• Keep operational areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or GED needed
• Preferably experienced in industrial equipment or rail operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is preferred
• Must pass safety and medical clearances
