Kent Line is searching for a Marine Operations Agent to oversee marine operations and agency functions. Candidates should be team-oriented and possess a desire to learn, with some knowledge of the shipping industry. This role requires extensive walking, lifting, and travel across Atlantic Canada for vessel support during operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Board vessels daily at assigned ports

• Coordinate docking needs with pilots and tug services

• Handle billing processes and customer inquiries

• Maintain vessel files and ensure proper documentation

• Communicate with port authorities and vessel captains

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree preferred

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Experience in marine agency is a plus

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and extensive walking required

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary
