Join Purolator as a Weekend Courier in Ottawa, working Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Utilize your driving expertise to ensure packages are delivered on time and efficiently.
In the Utility Courier role at Purolator, you'll be responsible for delivering packages for six hours every Saturday. Successful candidates will have a clean driving record and strong problem-solving skills to manage any issues on the road. This position requires effective communication in English and is perfect for individuals with a knack for logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick up customer packages promptly
• Scan items as received and delivered
• Manage delivery challenges with Dispatch support
• Perform daily vehicle inspections with electronic reports
• Keep detailed logs of deliveries and inspections
Requirements:
• Valid Class G driver’s license with less than three demerit points
• At least three years of driving experience
• High school diploma completion
• Capability to lift items up to 70 pounds
• Fluent in English for customer interactions
