This full-time role involves responding to service calls and ensuring the safe transport of disabled vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge, physical endurance, and excellent communication are essential for success. Daily activities encompass vehicle inspections, maintenance, and collaborating with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly answer dispatch calls for towing services

• Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely

• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of equipment

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow safety protocols while interacting with Members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience as a Tow Truck Operator

• Valid Ontario Driver's License; clean driving record

• Mechanical skill set and problem-solving ability

• Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays
