Position Overview:

The Bilingual Transport Dispatche r plays a key role in coordinating our fleet operations. This position ensures routes are optimized, schedules run smoothly, and safety and compliance remain top priorities.

The wage for this position is $70,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to keep pick-ups and deliveries right on time
• Build smart, efficient routes that save miles, time, and money
• Stay in constant contact with drivers, offering real-time support when it counts
• Track vehicle locations and performance through modern dispatch systems
• Keep every run compliant with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policy
• Partner with logistics and yard teams to keep daily operations seamless
• Deliver standout service by handling customer inquiries and updates fast

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a dispatch or fleet coordination is required
• Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., Fleet Complete, ScrapIT, CRM).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
