You will be responsible for transporting residents at Windsor Park and Landmark Court, ensuring their comfort and safety during outings. The Bus Driver role requires strong communication skills and a valid driver's license, paired with a genuine desire to improve senior living experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trustful relationships with residents and staff
• Aid residents with mobility aids during transport
• Drive safely to various scheduled community events
• Attend training to better support resident needs
• Follow ethical guidelines and promote resident rights
Requirements:
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification current
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Empathetic approach to working with seniors
• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check upon hiring
