You will be a welcomed member of the team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Driver, you will support residents’ health, independence, and well‑being by providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation. By ensuring timely arrivals and a comfortable, secure journey, you help create positive experiences every day. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

• Transporting residents to scheduled activities and assists residents when they are getting on or off the bus and when the bus is stopped to cross the street safely
• Observing the speed limit and road signs
• Ensuring the maintenance of the bus such as filling the gas tank and windshield washer fluid, checking tire pressure, checking the oil and the cleanliness of the bus
• Maintaining the internal cleanliness of the bus
• Carrying out, if needed, all related tasks in order to ensure the continuity and the quality of the services.
• Performing other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Appropriate provincial driving permit for a bus
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• 1-2 years of experience as a driver
• Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
