You will be under the supervision of the Delivery Operations Manager and responsible for loading and unloading, ensuring goods are secure and in excellent condition for transport. Strong manual skills and customer service orientation are key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and prepare delivery trucks for transportation
• Help inspect and secure materials for transport
• Assist in guiding vehicle maneuvers during deliveries
• Ensure delivery areas are safe for unloading and receiving
• Dispose of waste and keep transportation areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift over 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Prior experience in similar roles is a plus
• Must comply with safety regulations and wear protective gear
