Flight Operations Supervisor - Cargo & Ramp

Canadian North is seeking a skilled Duty Supervisor for Cargo and Ramp operations, ensuring efficient flight handling and high customer service standards. Lead a team every day in this pivotal role.

As part of your duty as a supervisor, you will manage flight operations compliance, ensuring all cargo/ramp tasks meet industry regulations. Your leadership will be crucial for mentoring cargo/ramp staff and enhancing inter-departmental coordination. Additionally, you'll monitor safety practices and prepare necessary reports while resolving any operational conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with flight operations and safety

• Conduct audits and monitor ramp safety measures

• Provide mentorship and lead operations support

• Assist in staff scheduling and training initiatives

• Prepare and submit performance reports

Requirements:

• High School diploma with two years' supervisory experience

• Proficient in MSOffice and other relevant software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in a unionized workplace preferred

• Valid driver's license and capacity to obtain Airport Pass
