Deliver packages safely and courteously as a Seasonal Courier, using route planning and customer service skills during a temporary assignment.
Fed Ex Canada seeks a Seasonal Courier for up to 12 weeks, based on business and operational needs. The position provides assigned-route pickup and delivery while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada service requirements. You will operate tracking systems, answer customer questions, and maintain shipment security.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and collect packages safely on assigned routes
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
- Load vans and plan efficient delivery and pickup routes
- Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Explain service features and requirements to customers
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience required
- One year of customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities
- Driving record with two or fewer recent violations or accidents
Use safe driving, accurate package handling, and customer service skills to represent Fed Ex Canada on assigned routes.
