JOB DESCRIPTION:

UPS is seeking part-time Warehouse Associates at our Stittsville location. Preloaders are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages within the center.

We offer competitive incentives including:

• A $300 bonus at 30 working days
• A $700 bonus at 90 days

Job Details:

• Classification: Part-time Warehouse
• Type: Permanent/Hourly
• Shift: 03:30 AM to 08:30 AM (flexibility required); 15-30 hours per week depending on package volume
• Category: Warehouse Operations

Required Skills:

• Ability to follow set procedures
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) unassisted
• Comfort working with automated conveyor belts and manual rollers
• Willingness to work inside containers, trailers, or similar equipment
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with temperature changes
• Ability to recognize postal codes and routing charts
• No prior experience necessary; full training provided

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $18.30 (including peak season bonus of $2.80/hr)
• Guaranteed progression up to $26.79/hr
