Are you reliable, physically fit, and looking to build your skills in a clean, organized, and safety-conscious warehouse environment? We’re hiring a General Labourer / Record Center Specialist for a leading document storage company in Burnaby.
Location:
Ottawa
Shift: Monday to Friday, (08:00:
AM - 05:00:
PM)
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
Job Type: Full-Time

- ability to develop job skills and become familiar with warehouse storage principles
- weekly pay cycles
- straight afternoon shift
- Lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) of confidential documents
- Read labels and process incoming and outgoing orders
- Use a proprietary computer system to track and locate orders
- Operate a handheld scanner for order processing
- Load/unload boxes and shrink wrap pallets
- Use ladders and material handling equipment safely
- Follow safety protocols and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job (lifting heavy boxes, walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time)
- Dependable and ability to work independently or as part of a team
