About the Opportunity
Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Stores Services Personnel to support warehouse and technical data operations within a high-tempo federal environment. This is a hands‑on, operational role supporting the reception, distribution, and management of technical data packages, publications, and printed materials at a secure facility in Ottawa. This engagement directly supports mission‑critical operations, ensuring that essential publications and materials reach the right people at the right time.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the distribution of the General Pilot Handbooks
- Assist with the clean up of dormant stock and materiel accounts assigned to DSCO 4
- Assist with the validation and review of Level 2 materiel, hard copies, held by DSCO 4
- Coordinate delivery and pick up with providers such as Canada Post and FEDEX
- Assist with the distribution of Canadian Military Journal, Language Training manuals, and any publications required in support of operations and training
- Assist with the upkeep of technical data in the internal Publication Depot Information System (PDIS) used by DSCO 4 to track changes, new tech data, and distribution of tech data
- Receiving, inspecting, picking, issuing, and shipping goods and materials
- Maintaining stocks and inventory
- Maintaining files and records related to material distribution
- Creating and maintaining transactions in our SAP environment
- Operating material handling equipment
- Assisting with large print projects
- Assist with distributions of technical data
- Assist with clients inquiries pertaining to the warehouse tasks
- Assisting with the disposals
- Assisting with building management such as moving furniture
About You
- Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience with duties that include:
- Material handling
- Office installation
- Clerical tasks
- Bilingual (Intermediate level French and English)
- Valid Secret security clearance

Onsite - Expected contract compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, this range reflects Ontario market-aligned rates. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, client requirements, and contract terms
