As an Independent Contractor in our Ottawa warehouse, you will work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Your primary tasks will include unloading deliveries, sorting ingredients, and staging them for drivers. If you have availability and a vehicle, you may also opt to take on a delivery route post shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload delivery trucks and organize products
• Stage orders accurately for delivery
• Monitor inventory accuracy against manifest
• Navigate the warehouse with equipment/rolling racks
• Collaborate effectively with the team
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
• A smartphone equipped with data plan
• Must pass a background check
• Legal work authorization in Canada
• A friendly and motivated work attitude
