Store Services Personnel; Shipping & Receiving

Adecco is currently hiring Store Services Personnel (Shipping & Receiving) for full-time contract opportunities in Ottawa, ON. We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented professionals to support warehouse operations related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and disposal of IT and telecommunications equipment. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient handling, tracking, and distribution of assets while supporting inventory management and warehouse operations. Your contributions will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the timely movement of equipment.

• Receive, ship, store, and handle IT and telecommunications assets in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect, unload, and document incoming equipment and materials.
• Catalog, organize, store, distribute, and track inventory and assets.
• Assist with material requisitions and ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.
• Support the sorting and processing of returned devices for reuse, donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with asset tracking activities.
• Ensure warehouse, storage, and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, and documentation updates.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient warehouse and logistics operations.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• English and French required.
• Completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory management, or logistics is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to accurately track and document inventory and asset information.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
