Lead Yami’s new fulfillment center in Toronto as a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager. Focused on strategic and hands-on operational excellence, you will ensure safety and efficiency daily.

As a key leader, you will manage all warehouse functions to maintain high standards. This role involves overseeing inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive team performance and process optimization to align with business goals while fostering a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean working environment

• Oversee fulfillment center operations and logistics

• Develop and lead high-performing teams

• Manage budget and cross-functional planning processes

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• 5–8+ years of warehouse management experience

• Proven leadership of diverse, multi-shift teams

• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and process metrics

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
