Automotive Parts Shipper​/Receiver

Star Motors Mercedes-Benz is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Full-Time Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our Parts Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping automotive parts while ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the daily operations of our dealership.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unpack, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and prepare parts for technicians, wholesale customers, and retail customers.
• Package and ship parts using various courier and freight services.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Process returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep the parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if required).
• Assist the Parts Advisors with locating and retrieving parts.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Automotive parts or dealership experience is considered a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (tire hauler) and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
