Outbound Selector

Purpose

The Selector I plays a vital role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position involves selecting and staging products for delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of orders for shipment.

• Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets or other order fulfillment systems.
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of products are selected for each order.
• Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Operate material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and staging orders.
• Safety Awareness:
  Strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or GED

0-1 years of experience

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach frequently.
