Join NAPA Auto Parts as a Warehouse Distribution Associate and play a key role in our logistics team. This role encompasses receiving, order picking, and ensuring the quality of products shipped.
In your role as a Warehouse Distribution Associate, you'll contribute significantly to our warehouse operation. Your responsibilities include safely unloading shipments, accurately picking orders, and maintaining quality standards for all products. Problem-solving is essential as you navigate daily challenges in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely unload shipments and store products efficiently
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment accurately
• Ensure quality standards for incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and stock rotation
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficient in basic math and inventory management
• Experience operating RF scanning equipment is beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours, potential weekends
