Warehouse Supervisor at Eldorado Gold

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for its McIlvenna Bay site in a full-time, 7/7 rotation role. Oversee operations, lead the team, and ensure efficient material handling.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of warehouse operations at the McIlvenna Bay project, including inventory control and material distribution. You will provide leadership and training to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Collaboration with suppliers and continuous improvement initiatives are key to supporting the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train warehouse staff on safety protocols

• Manage receiving, storage, and inventory processes

• Ensure compliance with purchase orders and shipping

• Coordinate material requests and deliveries effectively

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
