Warehouse Lead Hand at Alamos Gold

Alamos Gold is seeking a Warehouse Lead Hand in Dubreuilville, Ontario. This role emphasizes material management, inventory controls, and team leadership in a dynamic mining environment.

As a Warehouse Lead Hand, you will oversee the flow of materials to various departments while managing and mentoring Warehouse Technicians and Runners. A focus on accurate inventory counts, shipping, and receiving procedures is integral. This role supports the efficient operation of Alamos Gold’s mining activities in the Island Gold District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material transfers from warehouses to users

• Manage daily reservations and address supply shortages

• Catalog spare parts in SAP system

• Assist with inventory counts and truck unloading

• Recognize areas for process improvements

Requirements:

• High school graduation and relevant post-secondary training

• 3-5 years of related warehouse experience

• TDG Certificate and warehouse procedures knowledge

• Ability to operate forklifts as required

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
