Warehouse Supervisor at UAP

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all back-store operations to meet sales and service goals. Reporting to the store manager, your leadership will enhance shipping/receiving processes and manage a dedicated team in a busy setting. Your expertise in handling returns and issuing credits will improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the back-store warehouse operations effectively

• Coordinate shipping/receiving department and material handlers

• Process customer returns and manage credit notes

• Ensure proper handling of merchandise and deliveries

• Supervise team activities to meet operational goals

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar warehouse role

• At least 1 year in a team leadership position

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with delivery management software
