In this role, you will report to the Shipping Manager and be actively involved in all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and receiving orders while ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently met. Leading a team, you will also oversee inventory control and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders with precision
• Receive incoming orders and verify documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Lead and train unionized and temporary staff
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in shipping and receiving
• Strong leadership experience in a warehouse
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with HACCP and GMPs
• Proficient in MS Office applications
