Position: Forklift Operator at Big Country Pet Co.
Become a vital part of Big Country Pet Co. in Smithville as a Forklift Operator. Ensure efficient order fulfillment while maintaining safety standards and operating material handling equipment every shift.

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for our Order Fulfillment team. This position requires 2-3 years of warehouse experience focused on safety and teamwork. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory following FIFO practices, and maintain cleanliness across the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment efficiently

• Move and store finished goods within the warehouse

• Support order fulfillment and product loading/unloading

• Maintain inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) methods

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report concerns

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of forklift operating experience

• Valid forklift certification, Reach Truck an asset

• Experience in warehouse order picking and packing

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong safety and communication focus
