Warehouse Associate​/Forklift Operator

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time temporary opportunity in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a dependable and physically capable individual with warehouse experience who is comfortable handling cylinders, operating a forklift, maintaining inventory levels, and processing orders. • Load and unload cylinders from delivery trucks using appropriate carts and material‑handling equipment.
• Safely move and organize cylinders throughout the warehouse.
• Order cylinders from designated filling plants based on inventory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate cylinder stock levels.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and inventory as required.
• Use computer systems to process orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized.
• Follow all established warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or related experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order‑processing systems.
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.
