In this early career full-time position with Amazon Canada Fulfillment, you will manage a team of hourly employees, providing guidance to meet performance goals. Operating in a warehouse environment, you'll foster a team-centric culture while upholding safety and quality standards to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of 50-100 associates
• Monitor sorting and handling of packages effectively
• Proactively address operational challenges on the floor
• Ensure safety, attendance, and quality metrics are met
• Perform detailed shift wrap-ups and get ready for next team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service background
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift 49 pounds
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights
