Picker​/Packer

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a CAN-Perth-Picker/Packer to join their team. As a CAN-Perth-Picker/Packer , you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Perth, ON

Pay Rate: $19 an hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, and replenishing stock
• Use RF scanners to accurately process outgoing orders and track inventory
• Check and store incoming materials, ensuring correct quantities and good condition
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, labels, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a busy warehouse environment
