Receiving Specialist at ECR

Position: Full-Time Receiving Specialist at ECR

In this role, you will receive, inspect, and log materials efficiently, assuring that all discrepancies are documented and communicated with the Purchasing Team. We seek an organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials upon receipt for quality assurance

• Match packing slips with received goods

• Enter received materials into the system accurately

• Alert Purchasing Team about damaged items or discrepancies

• Coordinate shipments and supplier claims in an organized manner

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent background

• At least 2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse settings

• Valid Forklift License mandatory

• Familiarity with shipping documentation beneficial

• Capable of lifting 20 lbs with support if needed
