Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations. You will manage physical inventory, execute incoming and outgoing orders, and ensure materials are safely stored and dispatched.

Accurately process, scan, and track inventory using handheld electronic scanners and internal computer systems.
Retrieve, organize, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes across designated warehouse zones.
Safely operate manual material handling equipment, such as hand carts and pallet jacks, across concrete flooring.
Assemble, shrink-wrap, and secure pallets at ground level or on staging carts.
Load prepared pallets onto transport trucks and safely climb ladders to manage upper-tier shelf storage.

Qualifications
To thrive as a Warehouse Associate in Gloucester, you should be comfortable with continuous physical motion, including bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling throughout your shift.
Ability to manually lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing from 10 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Team Effort

Required:

All heavy lifting exceeding 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs) is strictly conducted as a two-person team effort.
Capability to stand, walk on uneven surfaces, and navigate stairs or inclines during extended shifts.
