Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: $22.00 hourly to start, moving to $22.20 after probation

We are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our clientin Perth, Ontario.

This is a hands-on warehouse position that combines reach truck operation with picking and packing, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, and other material handling responsibilities.
What You'll Do

Safely operate a reach truck to move, store and retrieve product

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Complete receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging and shipping activities

Load and unload product as required

Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete inventory transactions

Verify products, quantities, labels and documentation

Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks

Identify and report discrepancies, damages or other concerns

Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse

Support other material handling activities as operational needs require

What You'll Bring

Previous reach truck operating experience

Previous pick and pack experience

Experience
performing general warehouse and material handling duties

Strong safety awareness and equipment operating skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Strong teamwork and communication skills

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Benefits & Environment

Full-Time, On-Site Role - Monday to Friday with no weekend or overtime requirements

Shift - Either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
