Support Gentek customers through accurate warehouse operations and responsive service in a client-facing Branch Warehouse person position. Build product knowledge while serving contractors, builders, and retail stores.
Gentek is a B2B wholesaler of siding, windows, and exterior home improvement products. As a Branch Warehouse person, you will support customer transactions, prepare orders, and develop knowledge of the materials and services Gentek provides. The work combines shipping, receiving, product handling, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Pick orders and stage them for delivery
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Verify orders against accompanying paperwork
- Answer inquiries about Gentek materials and services
- Completed high school certificate required
- Read and write word and letter-number sequences
- Follow standards, requirements, and processes consistently
- Multi-task, prioritize, and perform in fast-paced environments
- Building industry experience is valuable; training is available
