Fulfillment and Inventory Associate

Support Voltera’s fulfillment operations in Waterloo through precise inventory control, order preparation, shipping, and receiving work. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As a Production Associate, you will support inbound deliveries, outbound customer shipments, inventory counts, and daily fulfillment activities. The work requires meticulous organization, attention to detail, written and spoken English fluency, and comfort handling materials. Voltera develops additive electronics products, including the V-One PCB printer and NOVA materials dispensing system.
Key Responsibilities:- Support safe shipping and receiving operations
- Count, quality-check, and stock inventory items
- Downpack inks, consumables, and other sale inventory
- Pick, package, and prepare customer orders
- Maintain a clean, safe fulfillment workspace
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to stand throughout extended workplace shifts
- Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds
- Waterloo on-site availability, Monday through Friday
