Expected pay for this position is $31.49 - $37.05/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

The IP Mental Health Therapist is responsible for participating in all aspects of patient care. This includes, but is not limited to intake assessments, groups, individual and family sessions. Will effectively manage a patient caseload and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages and diagnoses of the patients served.

• Education: Master's Degree in counseling or social work.

  Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Current state of Illinois licensure as a LPC or LSW or obtain licensure within 5 years from date of hire.
• Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience: 1 year of individual therapy and group therapy experience.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
• Current state of Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW.
