Knowledge of computer hardware and experience with SCCM/Intune.

Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.

Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.

Experience with PC imaging, databackup, and restoration.

Experience in vulnerability remediation and patch management.

Support for infrastructure hardware and end-to-end management of PC lease schedules.

Coordination of warranty and non-warranty hardware repairs with manufacturers.

Maintenance, patching, and upgrades of operating systems.

Remote or onsite handling of PC vulnerability mitigation issues.

End user ticket triage and resolution.

Support for telepresence and configuration management of PCs.

Support for all executives and assistance to lab technicians with software/hardware vendors.

Installation, replacement, or removal of equipment such as routers, servers, switches, disks, memory, printers, etc.

Troubleshooting equipment using local KVM or remote control, following detailed instructions.

Availability to provide support during off-hours or weekends for critical incidents.

Willingness to climb ladders up to 6 feet.

Demonstrated experience working with multiple vendors and strong communication skills.

Proven leadership skills in troubleshooting across multiple platforms.

Educational requirements include a high school diploma, diploma, or relevant technical certification.

Duration of assignment: 15 months.
