Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 depending on Experience

• Lead and inspire team leaders across preprocessing, welding, and assembly.
• Drive operational excellence in safety, quality, and throughput using your lean toolbox.
• Champion 5S, process optimization, and KPI‑driven performance improvements.
• Shape production strategy as part of the Operations Team.
• Develop people — fostering a culture of growth, trust, and collaboration.
• Partner cross‑functionally on key projects and new product introductions.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Technical Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership in a welding/assembly environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with lean tools (OEE, FMEA, KPIs, 5S).
• Coaching leadership style with a “helicopter view” and hands‑on presence.

• 110‑120,000 salary + excellent benefits.
