WHAT YOU’LL DO- Lead and inspire team leaders across preprocessing, welding, and assembly.
- Drive operational excellence in safety, quality, and throughput using your lean toolbox.
- Champion 5S, process optimization, and KPI‑driven performance improvements.
- Shape production strategy as part of the Operations Team.
- Develop people — fostering a culture of growth, trust, and collaboration.
- Partner cross‑functionally on key projects and new product introductions.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Technical Management, or related field.
- Proven leadership in a welding/assembly environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with lean tools (OEE, FMEA, KPIs, 5S).
- Coaching leadership style with a “helicopter view” and hands‑on presence.
- 110‑120,000 salary + excellent benefits.
