Pay range for this position is $37.05–$54.54/hour. This position is hourly.

• Eligible for $8,000 sign‑on bonus for candidates with 2+ years of RN experience, with a two‑year work commitment to OSF Saint Elizabeth (external candidates).
• Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for candidates with less than 2 years of RN experience, with a two‑year work commitment to OSF Saint Elizabeth (internal new graduates and external candidates).
• Weekend differential of $3.25.
• External candidates with 5+ years of direct experience receive 24 hours of vacation/holiday time front‑loaded on day one, in addition to PTO.

Position Summary

Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree.
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.
