Gailey Eye Clinic is looking for an Optician who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and will help create the energy and excitement around our products and services by providing the right solutions for our patients’ lifestyles. We will train the right person!

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Submit patient insurance information in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate compassion and interest when listening and responding to patient needs.
• Adjust and repair eyewear.
• Verify prescriptions and eyeglass orders for final inspection.
• Paid travel to other Gailey offices in Central IL as needed.

Pay:
The starting base pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.87/hr, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market considerations. The position is also eligible for incentive pay of 4% on all sales above $11,000 monthly, subject to the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
