Position Summary

Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Weekly pay $875‑$1,065.
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for inexperienced drivers.
• Mileage incentive: $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company‑paid CDL training).
