• Shifts available:
  Friday – Sunday

We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest!

As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You are allowed a maximum of 30 hours a week. The shift begins at 5 pm, but your schedule is flexible, and you can pick the days of the week that best work for you.

Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or at any of our numerous offices in the area. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help children in times of crisis. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly and effectively, has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills, and is strongly motivated to advocate for children. This position is great for those looking for a part‑time job and who are seeking experience in the child welfare field.
