The client is seeking a SAP Fieldglass consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design, creation of high‑level design artifacts, delivery of high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Design, implement and deploy SAP Fieldglass application and solution to manage contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Implement one or more of the Fieldglass modules:
  Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Profile Worker Management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within Fieldglass modules.
• Lead business process design workshops and discussions.
• Coordinate activities across vendors and project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery.
• Develop risk and issue resolution management and provide status reporting.
• Ensure readiness for test (PT, SIT, UAT) and manage defect and change request escalations.
• Manage final Go/No-Go decisions for each phase delivery.
• Facilitate sign-off on deployment readiness.

• Overall IT experience: 9+ years (not 15–20+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; may consider progressive experience.
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass implementation.
• Experience with Service Procure to Pay processes.
• Strong design, implementation, deployment proficiency of SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience in troubleshooting Fieldglass modules.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience required.
