Your job is to provide excellent service to our stores and customers by performing all aspects of material handling—including unloading, loading, warehousing, and staging of merchandise throughout the Distribution Center using manual and/or mechanical means. If you enjoy a fast‑paced, physical position that keeps you moving, this could be the right fit.
Your Responsibilities- Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
- Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe and efficient manner
- Unload inbound freight and load outbound freight
- Separate and load freight on unpacking lines
- Stage outbound freight in shipping
- Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations
- Pull merchandise from racks or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in the replenishment department
- Replenish and condense merchandise into the most effective locations for order pulling in the replenishment department
- Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment safely and maintain proper certifications
- Ensure production and quality standards are met
- Be open to performing other duties as assigned
- High school diploma, GED, or some high school
- Adaptability to working in different departments
- Excellent attendance and work record
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to operate manual and automated pallet jack equipment
- Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons for the duration of the shift, up to 12 hours at a time
- Stand for long periods and walk continuously
- Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed
- Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (specific weight requirements may vary within each department)
