• Weeknight only call (M-TH) 1:5
• Admits to 24/7 Hospitalist Service
• Conveniently located adjacent to Ottumwa Regional Medical Center
• Weekly subspecialty support on-site
• Nuclear Stress, Echo, and Vascular studies on-site
• TEE, Loop recorder, Pacemakers, Peripheral Angiogram, Cardioversions, IVC Implants

• $600,000 salary floor plus production
• $150,000 recruitment incentive
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage

Mercy One Iowa Heart Center was founded in 1970 and is one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the US. Named as one of the top 50 cardiovascular Hospitals by Fortune/IBM Health, Mercy One Iowa Heart Center consists of 44 physicians and offers services in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

The center has an accredited Cardiology Fellowship program (8 Fellows), multiple primary office locations, and serves more than 15 outreach facilities spanning much of the state of Iowa. It participates in major STS registries and performs more than 10,000 cardiac interventions a year.
