Position SummaryThe Director of Laboratory leads and manages the department to achieve organizational goals by setting strategic plans, overseeing operations and patient care, managing staff and budgets, ensuring compliance and quality standards, supporting professional development, and integrating evidence-based practices into clinical and operational processes.
Minimum Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education - License/Certification: ASCP or AMT
