Overview

Ridgewood Specialty Care, a 60‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community located in Ottumwa, IA, is hiring a Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN). This role provides comprehensive care for residents and works under Care Initiatives, a network of over forty skilled nursing communities across Iowa.

As a Charge Nurse on our team, you will apply your RN skills and demonstrate compassion, positively influencing the lives of residents and their families. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with long‑term care regulations.

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
