Lidl Nederland is op zoek naar een plaatsvervangend supermarktmanager die samen met de supermarktmanager de winkel effectief leidt.
Je stelt personeelsplanningen op, stuurt het team aan en analyseert wekelijkse cijfers. Daarnaast help je met binnenkomende vracht, vullen van de schappen en het begeleiden van hulpkrachten in jouw filiaal. Je bent een aanspreekpunt en ontwikkelt medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf halen.
