Office Manager

Fostering Solutions - Oundle

Permanent / Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary £28,000 – £38,000, dependent on experience

Office based from our Oundle office, Northamptonshire.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join our well‑established team at Fostering Solutions in Oundle. This role is focused on delivering positive outcomes for children and young people and supporting a high performing, caring team that is part of the National Fostering Group.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Office Manager with excellent organisational skills to join our busy fostering team in Oundle. You will be required to:

  • Ensure compliance with Fostering Regulations and Standards.
  • Organise meetings, accurately minute them and follow up actions promptly.
  • Supervise day‑to‑day office operations including opening/closing, reception, customer and carer interactions, and administration.
  • Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases to coordinate office requirements.
