Coba Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Unqualified Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in and around the area of Oundle, Northamptonshire.

The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Adapt confidently to different school settings
Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day

We're Looking For

Qualified Teachers (QTS)

UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for supporting young people
Cover Supervisors / Unqualified Teachers

Experience working with children or young people is desirable
Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
Confidence leading a classroom and following lesson plans
Excellent communication and organisational skills
