Are you Level 4 Diploma qualified and looking for the opportunity to step into Wealth Management industry that can offer genuine career progression and routes to advising?
Due to continued business growth, this independent Financial Planning firm is looking to recruit a Trainee Financial Adviser to join its expanding team.
Specialising in holistic financial planning for rural clients, you’ll work closely with the senior advisers, covering back-office support and client facing responsibilities gaining exposure to complex cases, offering the training and support to make you an extremely well rounded adviser.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your advisory career working with complex wealth management cases from the outset.

The Role- Deliver holistic financial planning advice
- Attend client meetings and build long-term client relationships
- Progress into larger and more complex client cases over time
- Work alongside experienced advisers as part of your ongoing development
- Inherit and develop your own client portfolio as your experience grows
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII or LIBF)
- Strong drive, ambition and willingness to learn
- Personable with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload
- Looking to develop a long-term career within Financial Planning
