• Lead clinical standards and drive clinical excellence across three sites.
• Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, providing resource sharing and collaboration.
• Deliver high‑quality patient care and exceptional client experiences.
• Manage a 1:3 Saturday rota and maintain excellent client care across all locations.
• Participate in monthly area networking meetings and access group‑wide training centres.

• Registered Veterinary Surgeon (qualified to practice independently).
• Surgical competence and experience.
• Desirable:
  Leadership experience; not essential.
