Oundle School’s Sports Centre seeks an organised and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre, acting as the senior staff member on duty to guide the leisure team and uphold safety, efficiency and customer care.
This role represents a progression path for those currently working as a Leisure Assistant, Lifeguard, or other frontline leisure roles, who are ready to develop supervisory skills and broaden operational experience.
